Mothers Day!

Mothers Day was really fun! Except that I was sick. I think that I was car sick from the drive home, and it lasted like three days! But I am doing well now! Levi was so great he took care of the girls all day and let me sleep! It was heaven! He got me a cute necklace with pictures of my cute girls and a shopping spree, which I took advantage of yesterday! It was so fun to get out with my sisters and shop! I am in love with being a mom and can't tell you how grateful I am for my beautiful girls. They are my little rays of sunshine everyday!! I am so grateful that my Heavenly Father in trusted them to me!
It was also fun to spend time with our moms as well. I can't tell you how grateful I am for my two moms and all my amazing sisters!! They are all such wonderful examples to me and my girls! I love them all so much! Happy Mothers Day (a little late)!

The past few weeks

So a lot has happened the past couple of weeks... We had some long days without Levi home (because of finals, but I am sure his days seemed much longer!) The girls and I survived... barely! We have some great friends who's husbands are also in Law School, so we really stuck together and had a bunch of activities that helped us to stay sane. I am so grateful for how hard Levi has worked and sacrificed for our family!! We are so proud of him for finishing his first year of Law School!!
All the guys! So happy that finals are over!!

Recipe swap with all the girls!

The girls and I heart attacked Levi's car and got him a bunch of goodies so that he could survive finals!

Fun at Chuckie Cheese!

Then as soon as finals finished we headed to Utah the next day! My parents flew up to help us get everything ready to move for the summer and help us drive home! We had a great visit with them and enjoyed showing them our new house, and eating at some yummy restaurants! We had a BBQ to celebrate finishing the first year! It was fun to get to see everyone one last time before heading out to Utah!! We were sad to leave all our friends for the summer, but happy to come to Utah to see our families!

We have been here in Utah now for 1 week and have been loving every minute of it. We arrived Saturday night late after a really LONG drive home! Audrey seemed to hate being in the car for the first 5 hours. Then we decided that she might be hot and so we took off her jacket and for the rest of the ride she was good! Abby on the other hand was a complete angel from start to finish! She sat and and watched her videos and played with her princess sticker book that Grannie Terry brought her. She was wonderful, which definitely made the trip easier!! My parents were so great they drove Levi's car back so that we could drive together. I know that there is no way we would have made it down here with out them!! Thanks so much mom and dad!!!

Austen got his call!!

So we have all been anxiously waiting for Austen ( Levi's little bro) to get his mission call! Well he got it and called us so that we could be a part of it when he opened it! We all gave our guesses on where we thought it would be, and I think that Fran ( Levi's mom) was the closest. She guesses somewhere Asian? He is going to CAMBODIA, PHNOM PENH. We were all completely shocked! He was hoping for a foreign call and I must say that is the most foreign I have ever heard of. The mission has only been open for 10 years! It is between Thailand and Vietnam. We are so proud and very excited for him to serve the Lord!!
Congrats Austen!! We love you!

Audrey with her new favorite toy... mom's cell phone! Well actually any ones cell phone! Well we knew when we had girls that it would eventually come to this, but we just didn't realize it would be this soon. So here's to having girls!!! We sure do love them and wouldn't trade them for anything!

Makeup Beauty

I put a mirror (eye level for Abby) up in Abby's room... and now this is all she does!! So I must say thank you to all those who gave her makeup for her birthday and Christmas!! It is sooo much fun and sooo messy! But hey it keeps her busy and she loves it. What more could you ask for! I think she might have a future in makeup design...what do you think?

Happy Birthday to our little Audrey!

Audrey turned 1 on April 1st 2008. She loved being the center of attention, and having her very own CAKE!! She was so cute and curious of her cake and ice cream....until the ice cream fell on her tummy! Burr cold! Then as you can see from the pics, she was done. So we hosed her down in the kitchen sink and let her play with all the friends!!

We are a penny RICHER!!

CAUTION!!
To those that love Pizza Hut Pizza don't read!!
So the other day Levi was feeling like pizza, which is always great for me, because then I don't have to cook! So we ordered our pizza and Levi went to pick it up. When he brought it in it smelled so GOOD!! We dug in, there was some serious scarfing going on.... until Levi stopped dead in his tracks!! I looked at him and he had a blank stare! Then he showed me his pizza.... there was a freaking PENNY cooked into the crust!! Needless to say we lost our appetite and called immediately to complain. Well we didn't get much, but they did refunded our money and gave us a credit of $35.00. I guess it is better then nothing!! And we got a good laugh out of it!! So if your ordering pizza any time soon, beware of PENNIES!!

Sorry the picture is pretty gross.

Easter Dresses

Finally.... here are our CUTE girls in their Easter Dresses!
We started Audrey on her antibiotic and she was better in 4 days!! I really wish that the Dr. would have listened to a mothers intuition...it could have saved us a lot of sleepless nights and an unhappy baby, not to mention missing out on Easter Sunday. Oh well life goes on.
Happy Easter to all!!
(thanks to our cute grannies for making our girls look so cute!)

What's New??

Well this last week has been really busy! We found a cute new condo about a month ago and moved on the 29th. It is a lot nicer than our old place and quite a bit bigger, not to mention cheaper! It also has a lot of the amenities that we have been missing, like a gas furnace, central air, a garbage disposal, tile in the kitchen and dining room, a really nice deep tub!, bigger bedrooms, a lot of natural light, a bigger kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, the fridge even has an ice maker and water on the door!! It is three stories, the bedrooms are upstairs (2), then the kitchen and family room are on the main floor with a small bathroom, the basement is not completely finished but it works great for an office, laundry room and storage. It also has a cute fenced patio. We were able to get everything moved on Saturday and are pretty much settled now. It feels good to know that we will be staying here for the next two years, except for summers of course, but we wont be moving all our stuff home for the summers.

Also our little Audrey turned ONE!! (really cute pics to come!)

Well there are quite a few pictures that need to be posted, ( Easter dresses, Audrey's birthday, new house pic's etc.) but you will have to wait. We are waiting on comcast to come and put a line in for the Internet so that we can use our desk top in the basement! They should be here SOON, so keep checking back because there are some great pics!!

HAPPY EASTER!!

Here are the girls on Easter morning. If you can't tell they are really enjoying themselves!! Abby was so much fun, she woke up squealing and so excited that the Easter Bunny had come to her house. We let the girls find their baskets and then Abby started rounding up all the eggs that the Easter Bunny hid. We had a great morning, but we were really sad, we didn't get to go to church. Audrey got sick yet again!! This time she had walking pneumonia. Finally after a lot of talking and coaxing, the Dr. gave me an antibiotic!! So I guess they will have to wear their cute dresses next Sunday!

Easter Weekend

Here are our cutie pies in their Easter jammies (thanks Grannie Frannie and Pa Todd).
The girls were so cute and excited for the Easter Bunny to come.
We put Audrey to bed (poor girl missed the fun of coloring the eggs) and got started coloring a dozen eggs. I thought a dozen would take Abby all night, but little did I know she is a speed racer when it comes to coloring eggs!! She was done in about 20 minutes. So we pulled out the markers and let her draw on them. That proved to take up quite a bit of time. She has definitely become the little artist lately, and made some pretty cute eggs. In fact she drew Audrey on one of them. We had a great time!!

What is on your head?

OK so I know that these pictures don't do it justice, but Levi came home from school one day, well actually two days with this big bruise thing on his forehead. When I saw him I said "WHAT IS ON YOUR HEAD?? " He just started laughing and said that is exactly what all the guys said!! Well I guess that when he is studying or taking a test and is totally focused he taps his pen on his forehead. It is one of the clicker pens, so he is clicking it back and forth the whole time he is studying or taking a test. At least that is what he thinks. He doesn't really remember doing it which is good I guess because he is really focused!! But anyway we got a pretty good laugh out of it and though we would share so you could have a good laugh too!!

Grannie, Pa and Austen's Visit

I can't even begin to tell you what a great time we had over spring break!! Levi's parents and little bro came up for a visit! It was still pretty cold, but we did venture out to a couple of the most beautiful parks ever. We had a little picnic the first day at Manito, and then we went to Bowl and Pitcher State Park. They were both so beautiful. We had a great time playing on all the playground toys, playing catch and just enjoying the scenery. On Sunday we headed to church, and enjoyed a relaxing evening at home playing games. Fran and I made a really yummy roast dinner with her famous homemade rolls ( they are to die for! ). On Monday we headed out to Coeur D' Alene ID to an indoor water park. It turned out to be really fun. They had 3 big slides for adults with tubes, a really fun wave pool and a kids pool with slides and water fountains etc. It was really fun to get out of the cold and into 85 degree weather and swim, even though it was artificial it was still great! Tuesday we did some shopping and let Austen check out down town Spokane. Wednesday we said goodbye until summer time! We really had such a fun time. We were so glad that they could come up for a much needed visit on both ends. Thanks so much for coming we love you all so much!!

Happy 5 Years!

Wow I can't believe how fast time flies! It has been five years since Levi and I took the plunge into married life, and we are still loving it!! I can't imagine life without him. He makes me smile and fall in love with him again everyday. I am so grateful that someone was watching out for us and made sure that we found each other!

I just wanted to tell you thanks for all you do for our family.
You are so amazing and handsome! I am so grateful and excited that
I get to spend forever with you!!
Happy Anniversary Babe!
Love, Becca

Our Cute Girls!!

So I must say thank you to my mom for sending these cute dresses for my girls. I absolutely love them. I know I should have waited till it warmed up a bit before I put them on... but they were just too cute!! I love that I have two girls, so that I can dress them the same and have them look so cute!
